Our number one priority is helping you select the right products for your specific needs and your budget. However, you may occasionally receive a product that just doesn’t work for you. In that case, you may need to return an item, and our policy is as follows:

Most items are returnable for a full refund of the item price, as long as they are returned within 30 days of your receipt in unused condition. As you might expect, they must have their original packaging and be unused. The exceptions to the above are all listed below. Any custom-ordered item is non-returnable. These non-returnable products are custom-produced by the manufacturers and are unable to be returned. Return freight will be the responsibility of the customer.

Toilet Seat Lifts

Toilet Seat Lifts Are Non-Returnable. – Because of sanitary reasons, the manufacturer will not accept returns on these items – Unused Items May be returned within 30 days with a 10% restocking fee and actual freight charges.

Bath Tub Lifts

Bathtub Lifts Are Non-Returnable. – Because of sanitary reasons, the manufacturer will not accept returns on these items – Unused Items May be returned within 30 days with a 15% restocking fee and actual freight charges.

Lift Chairs

You have 30 business days from the date your lift chair arrives to inspect it for damages or defects. In the case that you find any damages or defects, your chair will be repaired or replaced at no cost to you by the manufacturer.

If, within 30 business days of delivery, you decide that you would like to return your lift chair in unused condition, please call us at 1-877-550-LIFT between 9am and 5pm EST. We will provide you with a return authorization release form by email or fax. Please sign this form and return it to us and we will provide you with a return authorization number.

In the case that you return a lift chair that has been correctly delivered to you for reasons other than damage or defects, you will be required to pay for packing and shipping the lift chair. Once the chair has been delivered back to the manufacturer, and determined to be in like new condition, you will then be refunded the purchase price minus a 10% restocking fee (20% on Med-Lift) and minimum $100.00 freight charge.

We cannot accept returns on custom or heavy duty lift chair orders.Scooters
Customer will be responsible for packaging and shipping the scooter. If you do not have the original box one may be purchased at the cost of the box plus shipping. There is a 10% restocking fee and minimum $100.00 freight charge for scooters returned within 30 days.

If your scooter has not left the warehouse there is a $50 cancel fee.

All other items

Refunds

Refunds are processed after the item has been inspected and checked back into inventory. The original credit card is credited. For check payments, you will be mailed a refund check.

Refused Product Policy

MINIMUM $100.00 freight charge and 15% restocking applies for all refused products that have left the warehouse.

Cancellation Policy

MINIMUM $100.00 freight charge and 15% restocking applies for all canceled orders that have left the warehouse. $50 processing charge for cancellations of ordered products that have not left the warehouse.
